It helps users to consider what lifestyles are desirable to build a sustainable society and the scientific technology required to support the lifestyle.
By operating the terminal device beside the model of fictional “Itookashi City in 2050,” with their fingers, viewers can see, through augmented reality (AR), various scientific technologies to be employed in our future life.
A person who wants to become a citizen of the city will interview residents to hear their views and submit a proposal to the City Office.
When the proposal is approved, he will be admitted to become a citizen of Itookashi city, and a residence certificate will be issued.
The same system is ready for a website allowing viewers to look at the present situation of the city, and look back on their experiences.
