The BARRIQUAN is a series of tools that automate the deburring process, which conventionally requires human intervention.  As we designed the tools, we devised controllability without machine interference with the well-considered shape of triggers, highlighted the places to be worked on using the visually distinctive yellow color, and succeeded in the effective use of graphics in clear indications for the inserting position of tip tools and the direction of operation.  As a result, we achieved high-quality products that are easy to use for both machines and humans.
