From a Farm to a Table x ICT

“Media Top,” a cubic device to display data was installed in the Faculty of Agriculture cafeteria of the University of Tokyo.
This system uses a “Farm Information Monitoring System” to communicate the information of the farms to consumers on a semi-real time basis. We proposed presenting this “environmental information system” from the perspective of providing consumers with food education and food cultivation experience through combining the IT tool and the environment in which the tool is installed.
