An invitation to a one-day trip on a motorcycle

I often go on a one-day motorcycle ride to enjoy a feeling of the landscape moving around me. I love to drive along the coastline, make my way deep in the forest, and watch the landscape unfolding over a gentle slope. I also enjoy riding beside a steep cliff to reach the opposite side of the mountain. As I increase my traveling distances, I become able to enjoy different kinds of landscape coming and going within a day. That’s one of the pleasures I obtain from the one-day touring.

Occasionally, while I’m driving, some scenes I enjoyed in a previous touring pop up in my mind. For no apparent reason, I remembered a scene on the road in the Alps I drove along when I worked as an expatriate. At another time, a scene of a Japanese coastline came back to my memory when I enjoyed riding in a foreign country.

Even in a one-day ride, I can enjoy various kinds of feelings accumulated in my mind. With my motorcycle, I can directly enter the surrounding environments, which in turn works on my mind to touch my heartstrings. Such feelings sink to the bottom of my mind and stay unchanged.

As I return to work from my favorite one-day touring, I’m always reminded that I am lucky to work on a product that provides a sense of movement to humans’ feelings.

Why don’t you make a one-day trip on a motorcycle?
