A scooter in its early stage was produced by utilizing war supplies such as a wheel for an air plane left over right after World War Ⅱ. However, it was seen as an objective of design development in late 50’s when Japan recovered from devastation to the extent of so called “not postwar any longer,” and it was diverted to a charming urban transportation.
