Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JDP) presented him with the title of Good Design Fellow.
The title is the one presented to a person, who made a significant contribution to the promotional field such as Good Design Award, in praising such contribution. Awarded six persons all told in this fiscal year. Mr. Yamada, Executive Director / Adviser, engaged in the jury of Good Design Award from 2007 to 2015.
