At the ceremony for a hundred years anniversary of the municipality of Fukuyama City, the city awarded late chairperson Mr. Kenji Ekuan Special Honor Award.
The award is to honor the person at the anniversary who highly contributed the city for its development. On July 1 (Fri), at the ceremony held at Fukuyama Hall of Art & Culture (Reed & Rose), Mr. Shoji Ekuan, a former GK member and the brother of late Mr. Kenji Ekuan, received the testimonial. Also, Mr. Kozo Yamada, Executive Director/Advisor of GK Design Group, and Mr. Toshikazu Yanaka, President of GK Design Soken Hiroshima, attended the ceremony.
