We designed this bakery equipment for professionals. Both simplicity and functionality were pursued in developing a design that fits into any store, including recently popular open kitchen type. In addition, due consideration of accident prevention and hygiene during kitchen work were given. This simple and practical design materializes the high functionality of the equipment and received 2020 Good Design Award.
